Easy to Use and Configure
is easy to use, making a transition from paper-based logs immediately viable. Operations personnel will understand how to use it, and recognize its benefits at a glance.
The interface is user friendly with all pre configured events, locations, and categories selected from drop-down lists. Added benefits of logging in an electronic format are that you no longer struggle to read handwritten notes and entries can be spell checked eliminating those embarrassing typos.
The system includes a document management feature that allows you to import and retrieve any file type such as screen capture images, reports, spreadsheets, and word documents.
Taking full advantage of its web browser interface, includes an easy-to-use links page, allowing operators and users to navigate to key internal and external web information such as on call sheets, procedures or regulatory documents.

The system comes with a set of pre configured reports, or you can generate custom reports in electronic or print form. View reports in your web browser or save your reports in Acrobat PDF or Microsoft Excel format.

Safe and Secure
is built from the ground up with security in mind. Use the available Active Directory integration to manage users and groups, simplifying security to an IT task. Or, use the built-in user configuration for those environments in which it must stand alone.
Multiple levels of users are configurable allowing only specified users/groups to add, edit, update events, or perform system administration.
The system provides a full audit log - all transactions are recorded in the system. This, along with high data integrity with soft deletes, ensures that even deleted information is retrievable in the future.
Scalable Enterprise Solution
is an enterprise-level, multi-tier application running ASP.NET, currently supporting databases from Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. Integrate with your existing business systems, or deploy in a stand-alone system - you choose which has the most benefit to you. This highly-scalable architecture is designed for running in clustered fault tolerant environments.
The web browser interface is an ideal distribution platform as there are no other software components to deploy to your users.
All system data is stored in the database, including images, reports and documents to ensure high reliability, guaranteed future retrieval, and high security. The system inherently supports full logging to the Windows event log for integration with enterprise server management tools.
